Dike Park at the end of Capstan Road in Richmond is a new section of the Richmond Dike park system. It is being developed in conjunction with the adjacent residential tower that will interface with the park.
The park is being coordinated with engineers and the City of Richmond to a new FLC level and eventuallly will be raised another .75m. This future level has been considered in the height of the observarion tower and dock and pier connections.
The planting on the dike is in conjunction with Keystone Environmental and will continue the native habitat to the building face, wrapping up onto the podium.
