The City of White Rock engaged eta landscape architecture to develop a streetscape strategy and master plan for their 3 block central retail area.
eta developed a work plan including public workshops and presentation to council as well as developing a complete streetscape plan.
Upgrades to the street included street trees, paving systems, curb geometry and site furnishings
