This project incorporates a design strategy influenced by the surrounding mountains and views. The Podium has an organic arrangement and sculpted rock ‘canyon walls’ evoke the Lynn Canyon nearby
The at grade landscape is heavily planted and paved to meet the District’s Public Realm goals. Public art in two locations provides focal points and moments of lightheartedness.
A large public plaza provides for public gathering and events such as farmer’s markets.
